I’m a nursing grad student, full-time nurse (working nights!), and licensed ACE personal trainer trying to make sure I live the best life possible and keep my body happy and healthy. I do this by creating new recipes that are full of fresh, minimally processed foods (often on a college student’s budget), training for full and half marathons, playing with my dog, and trekking all over the United States. I know how mindful living has helped me manage stress, keep my weight in check, stay strong, and accomplish goals. It’s been so great for me that I want nothing less for anyone else.
